My first attempt at making hamburgers

Ground beef and pork meat with garlic and lots of spices in it. I sauteed mushrooms,onions, and red bell pepper in butter, then I fried some bacon, and put the cheese on the patties while they were still in the pan so it would melt and get gooey. I used ciabatta rolls. Next time, I'll make the patties thinner because it was hard to wrap your mouth around the whole thing.

Recipe adapted after Rachel Ray's MOP Sausage Burgers . Although I watch Rachel Ray pretty often I don't like her cooking and never before got interested in any of her recipes...untill yesterday. My husband liked these humburgars but he wants them thinner next time I make them.
