I know, it seems that all my post entries start with "I love...". Well, I love brownies cheesecake! It is by far my favorite cheesecake, followed by the New York Style cheesecake...
This is the first time I made this cheesecake with goat cheese ( I used 16 oz of Philadelphia cream cheese and 16 oz of goat milk cheese). It was divine!
